1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “User”, “you”) and ACC2BUY (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the ACC2BUY website and all related services.

By completing a purchase, creating an account or using any part of our platform, you accept these Terms in their entirety. Acceptance occurs at the moment of account creation or order placement — whichever comes first.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

2Our Services

ACC2BUY is an online marketplace for digital products. Listings are offered either by ACC2BUY itself or by independent third-party sellers, and each product page identifies who fulfils the order. Products include:

• Game keys and gaming accounts
• Software licences and activation keys
• Streaming service subscriptions and accounts
• Marketing and social media services
• VPN, security and productivity tools
• Freelance and digital services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any product, service or feature at any time without prior notice.

3Eligibility

To use our services you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and checkout

By using our services you represent that you meet all of the above. We reserve the right to terminate any account and cancel any order where these requirements are not met.

4Account Rules

When you create an account with ACC2BUY, you agree that:

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• One account per person — multiple accounts result in permanent suspension of all of them
• You must not share, sell or transfer your account
• You must notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
• Account information must be kept accurate and current

5Orders & Payment

All prices displayed on ACC2BUY are in EUR (euro) and include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price for that transaction.

We accept Skrill, PayPal, Stripe (credit and debit card), Wise, and cryptocurrency as listed at checkout.

By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information you give is accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold any order where we suspect fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms. Funds received on a held order are retained pending review and refunded in full if the order is cancelled by us.

6Delivery

All products are delivered electronically. The method depends on the product type and is stated on each product page:

24 hours is our outside limit for delivery or first contact on every order. Most orders arrive far sooner.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address or by your own mail provider filtering our messages.

7Warranty

Every order carries a lifetime warranty. If a product stops working, or never worked as described, you receive a replacement or a refund — with no expiry date on that right. There is no window to beat.

The warranty does not cover:

• Products that stopped working because of misuse, sharing, or a breach of the original platform’s terms by the customer
• Account penalties resulting from the customer’s own conduct on the platform
• Marketing results that vary because a platform changed its own algorithm
• Products sold explicitly as “as-is” or “no warranty”, where this is stated on the product page

8Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

Refunds

A refund is issued where:

• The product was not delivered and we are unable to deliver it
• The product does not work as described and we cannot provide a working replacement
• You were charged twice for the same order

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer, normally within 5 business days.

Right of withdrawal

Under the consumer protection law applicable to you, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins — but only where you have expressly asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. You give that confirmation at checkout before payment.

Where you have not given it, the 14-day right remains and you may withdraw by writing to [email protected].

9Prohibited Use

By using ACC2BUY you agree not to:

• Attempt to access, probe or test the security of our systems
• Use automated tools, bots or scrapers against our website
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, limits or policies
• Provide false information during registration or checkout
• Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
• Make false or misleading public claims about our products or services
• Initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes

10Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from ACC2BUY you agree that:

• You will contact support first at [email protected] and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before opening a dispute
• Opening a chargeback without contacting us is a breach of these Terms
• A chargeback filed after successful delivery, where no fault was reported to us, is disputed with full evidence
• Customers who file unjustified chargebacks are permanently banned from ACC2BUY

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ACC2BUY’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
• Loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity
• Interruption or unavailability of our website
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment processors
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Penalties imposed by a third-party platform as a result of how you use a purchased product

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

12Sellers & Intellectual Property

Listings on ACC2BUY are offered either by ACC2BUY itself or by independent third-party sellers, and each product page identifies who fulfils the order. Where a listing is fulfilled by a third-party seller, that seller is responsible for the accuracy of the listing and for the legitimacy of the goods offered; ACC2BUY provides the platform, the checkout and buyer protection.

All product names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. ACC2BUY is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorised by any brand listed on this site. Brand names are used solely to identify the genuine product offered for resale, as permitted by nominative fair use. Every item sold is a genuine product obtained through legitimate channels and resold unmodified; nothing here is copied, cracked, patched or counterfeit.

The ACC2BUY name, logo, site design, code and original listing copy are our own property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Notice and takedown

Rights holders and their authorised agents should write to [email protected] with the subject line IP NOTICE, including the URL of each listing concerned, the mark or work with its registration number, the specific element objected to, and confirmation of your authority to act.

Sellers whose listings are the subject of substantiated infringement notices are removed from the platform and their listings are not restored. A party affected by a removal may submit a counter-notice to the same address.

13Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, abuse or illegal activity
• Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes
• Creation of multiple accounts

On termination for cause, access is revoked and no refund is issued for unused products. We retain data where required by law.

You may close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. Closing an account does not affect the lifetime warranty on orders already placed.

14Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, the “Last updated” date above is revised and registered users are notified by email of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

If you do not agree with updated Terms, stop using the service and you may close your account.

15Governing Law & Disputes

Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer protection rules of your own country of residence, and consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

Any dispute should first be raised with us at [email protected]. We aim to resolve every dispute within 30 calendar days, and in practice most are settled in a single exchange under the lifetime warranty.
